Masjidaa is designed to be simple, transparent and accessible for masjids of all sizes.

We believe masjids shouldn’t be burdened with complicated pricing models - so everything is structured to be clear, predictable, and fair.

How Masjidaa Pricing Works

Masjidaa operates on a monthly subscription model, giving your masjid access to the platform.

There are 3 tiers available, depending on your masjid’s needs.

  • Each tier unlocks additional capabilities

  • The most comprehensive tier includes full access to:

    • Donations (one-off & recurring)

    • Paid event registrations & bookings

    • Local ads monetisation

Localised Pricing

Masjidaa pricing is adapted based on your region to ensure fairness across different communities.

For example:

  • Masjids in Australia may see pricing in AUD

  • Other regions may have adjusted pricing based on local conditions

This ensures accessibility while keeping the platform sustainable.

Transaction & Platform Fees

Masjidaa uses Stripe Connect to process all payments.

What this means:

  • Funds go directly to your masjid

  • Masjidaa does not hold your money

  • Standard Stripe processing fees apply

Platform fees:

  • 1% on donations

  • 2% on paid events & bookings

  • 10% on ads

These fees allow Masjidaa to maintain, improve, and continue building features for masjids.

Donor Covers Fees

By default, we allow donors to cover transaction fees to ensure the masjid receives the full donation amount. This often results in higher net donations for your masjid.

No Setup Costs

There are:

  • No setup fees

  • No onboarding fees

  • No long-term contracts
