Masjidaa provides a fully integrated donation system that allows your masjid to collect, manage, and track donations in one place.

From the donor experience to payments and receipts, everything is handled seamlessly.

Create Donation Campaigns

You can create donation campaigns directly from your dashboard.

For each campaign, you can:

  • Set a title and description

  • Define a goal (optional)

  • Track progress in real-time

This allows you to organise donations for specific causes such as:

  • Masjid improvements

  • Ramadan or Jummah collections

  • General sadaqah

Simple Donation Flow for Users

From the donor’s perspective, the process is straightforward:

  1. Select a campaign

  2. Enter donation amount

  3. Fill in their details

  4. Complete payment

The entire process is designed to be quick and frictionless.

Payments Go Directly to Your Masjid

Masjidaa uses Stripe Connect to handle payments.

  • Donations are processed securely

  • Funds go directly to your masjid’s account

  • Masjidaa does not hold your money

In platforms using Stripe Connect, payments can be made directly to a connected account, with the platform taking a small application fee if needed

This ensures transparency and control over your funds.

Platform & Processing Fees

When a donation is made:

  • Stripe applies standard payment processing fees

  • Masjidaa applies a small 1% platform fee

These fees support the infrastructure and ongoing development of the platform.

Optional: Donor Covers Fees

By default, we allow the option to allow donors to cover transaction fees to ensure the masjid receives the full donation amount This can significantly increase the net amount your masjid receives.

Automatic Receipts

After a donation is completed:

  • The donor receives a receipt automatically

  • All donations are recorded in your dashboard

This removes the need for manual tracking or follow-ups.

Real-Time Tracking

You can monitor donations at any time:

  • See total raised

  • Track individual donations

  • View campaign performance
