When a donation is made through Masjidaa:
1% platform fee
Standard payment processing fees (Stripe) apply
That’s it - no hidden charges or layered fees.
Payment Processing Fees (Industry Standard)
All online donation platforms rely on payment providers like Stripe or PayPal.
Typical processing fees are:
Around 2.2% – 2.9% + a fixed fee (e.g. $0.30) for card payments
These fees are not controlled by Masjidaa - they are industry standard and apply across all platforms.

Most donation platforms charge significantly higher platform fees on top of processing:
